1. User Service
1.1 Fundex provides users with online trading platform services through which encrypted digital currency transactions are conducted. Fundex itself does not participate in the buying or selling of any digital currency as a buyer or seller.
1.2 Users have the right to browse real-time digital currency market and transaction information on Fundex, and have the right to submit digital currency transaction instructions through the Fundex platform to complete digital currency transactions.
1.3 Users have the right to view the information under their platform member account on Fundex, and have the right to use the functions provided by Fundex to operate.
1.4 Users have the right to participate in website activities organized by the platform in accordance with the activity rules announced by Fundex.
1.5 Users shall abide by laws and regulations, normative documents and policy requirements, ensure the legality of all funds and digital currency sources in the account, and shall not engage in illegal or other acts that damage the platform or third parties or use Fundex services in Fundex. 2. User's rights and obligations

2.2 Users have the right to terminate the use of Fundex platform services at any time.
2.3 Users have the right to withdraw the balance of funds in Fundex at any time, but they need to pay the corresponding withdrawal fee to the Fundex platform.
2.4 Users are responsible for the authenticity, validity and security of the personal information provided during registration.
2.5 When users conduct digital currency transactions, the Fundex platform shall not maliciously interfere with the normal progress of digital currency transactions and disrupt the transaction order.
2.6 Users shall not interfere with the normal operation of the Fundex platform or interfere with other users' use of Fundex platform services by any technical or other means.
2.7 If a user has a lawsuit with other users due to online transactions, he shall not request the Fundex platform to provide relevant data through judicial or administrative channels.
2.8 Users shall not maliciously slander the reputation of the Fundex platform by fabricating facts or other means.
3. The rights and obligations of the Fundex platform
3.1 If the user does not have the registration qualifications stipulated in this agreement, the Fundex platform has the right to refuse the user's registration, and the registered user has the right to cancel his Fundex platform membership account. The Fundex platform suffered losses as a result. The right to recover from the aforementioned users or their legal representatives. At the same time, the Fundex platform reserves the right to decide whether to accept user registration under any other circumstances.

9.3 If users violate the laws and regulations or this agreement to conduct illegal activities on Fundex platform or use Fundex platform services, Fundex platform has the right to immediately terminate the continuous provision of Fundex platform to provide services for them, cancel their accounts, and Claim compensation for losses caused to the Fundex platform.
9.4 If the user interferes with the operation of the Fundex platform or interferes with other users' use of the Fundex platform by technical means, Fundex has the right to immediately cancel the user's account on the Fundex platform and demand compensation for the losses caused by Fundex.
9.5 If a user maliciously slanders the reputation of the Fundex platform by fabricating facts, the Fundex platform has the right to require the user to make a public apology to the Fundex platform, compensate for the losses caused to the Fundex platform, and has the right to terminate the Fundex platform service.
Ten. The entry into force and interpretation of the agreement

Eleven. Modification and Termination of Agreement

11.2 Termination of Agreement

11.2.2 Fundex platform has the right to terminate all Fundex platform services in accordance with this agreement, and this agreement will terminate on the date when all Fundex platform services are terminated.
11.2.3 After the termination of this agreement, the user has no right to require the Fundex platform to continue to provide any services or perform any other obligations, including but not limited to requiring the Fundex platform to retain or disclose any information in the user account from the original Fundex platform , forward any information that has not been read or sent to the user or a third party.
11.2.4 The termination of this agreement does not affect the observance party's pursuit of the breach of contract liability.
